Internal scheduling for the month of May 2012
ESO EAD informs the market participants, that due to the holidays, the internal scheduling will be performed as follows:
On 19 of May (this Saturday is working day in Bulgaria) will be registered the schedules for 20 and 21 of May.
On 23 of May will be registered the schedules for the period 24 - 28 of May.

Start of full physical settlement performance
ESO informs the market participants that as from April 01, 2012 they are obliged strictly to follow the commitments stipulated in the Market Rules in respect of submitting coordinated hourly schedules for the trades concluded within the Bulgarian Power System (internal schedules) and with foreign participants (cross-border schedules).

The value of NTS (Net Transfer Capacity) for direction from MEPSO to ESO is set to 150MW
We would like to inform you that based on the request of MEPSO the value of NTS (Net Transfer Capacity) for direction from MEPSO to ESO is set to 150MW for whole month April 2012.

ENTSO-E launches a public consultation on its ten-year network development plan 2012 package
The aim of the consultation is to collect valuable stakeholder feedback in view of enhancing these documents for their final release in June 2012 and their future editions in the coming years. The TYNDP 2012 package will become available from 1 March, on the ENTSO-E website.

ESO EAD will restore Daily Auctions for allocation of cross-border capacities
We would like to inform you that ESO EAD will restore the Daily Auctions procedures for allocation of cross-border capacities on Bulgarian – Serbian border.
The Daily Auction for 28.02.2012 will be executed on 27.02.2012.

Repealing the ban on electricity export from Bulgaria
We would like to inform you that on the grounds of order
No. РД- 16-181 / 17.02.2012 of the Minister of Economy, Energy and Tourism the access to the transmission network of market participants exporting energy with origin Bulgaria will be restored starting from 00:00 o’clock (CET) on February 21st 2012.

Announcement about an order of the Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism
ESO EAD would like to inform all market participants that due to an order of the Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism with № РД-16-123/08.02.2012г, ESO will suspend the access to the transmission network of market participants exporting energy with origin Bulgaria. The measures will be effective as of 00:00 o’clock (CET) 10.02.2012.
All market participants must take into account the restrictions imposed on export schedules and maintain their balance with regards to their internal schedules. ESO EAD will not register any schedules that are imbalanced.
Please bear in mind that banning concerns only the energy with origin from Bulgaria. ESO EAD will concur schedules for transmission of energy from/to neighboring TSOs via Bulgarian grid.
The imposed export restrictions will be valid up to the moment of full restoration of the required fuel reserves for security of the electrical power system.

Declaration of the monthly quantities for import and export
In accordance with the requirements of the Аrticle 27 (1) of the “Market rules”, ESO EAD is introducing a new form of declaration of the monthly quantities for import and export, including the electricity of Bulgarian origin, which is necessary for the correct calculation of the access fees.

Resumption of Daily Auctions for allocation of cross-border capacities
We would like to inform you that from 25.01.2012 “ESO” EAD resumes conduction of Daily Auctions for allocation of cross-border capacities on Bulgarian – Macedonian and Bulgarian – Serbian border.

Correction of an internal schedule from а market participant,
who has obtained capacity rights on a daily auction.
ESO EAD informs the market participants in SATEE, that the firms, acquiring capacity rights on a daily auction, organized for the interconnections in the control zone of ESO EAD after the deadline for notifications – 10.00 AM on the day preceding delivery (D-1), can send by e-mail to em.contracts@ndc.bg a second version of the internal schedule, as follows:
- in working days a next version of SCHNOT file should be sent by Seller till 12.30 and correspondingly confirmed with a SCHACC file by Buyer till 16.30 in D-1;
- in non-working days both parties should send a QNTCOR file till 12.30 AM in the day preceding delivery (D-1), in which the number of the already registered file, subject to correction, should be filled.
After a corresponding check, the new version will be introduced in the system by ESO EAD.

ESO EAD will start from 01.12.2011 daily auctions procedures
In accordance with art. 1.03 and 2.02, p.2 c from Auction rules with EMS (Serbia), MEPSO (Macedonia) and TEIAS (Turkey) for 2011 – issued on 03.12.2010 and “Daily allocation procedure”, representing an integral part of Trade rules, applied by ESO at Bulgarian-Serbian, Bulgarian-Macedonian and Bulgarian-Turkish borders, ESO EAD will start from 01.12.2011 daily auctions procedures for allocation of the available cross-border capacity rights, remained free from the Yearly and Monthly Auctions or returned to the operator on monthly base for re-allocation at Daily Auctions.

Correction of an internal schedule from а market participant,
who has obtained capacity rights on a daily auction.
ESO EAD informs the market participants in SATEE, that according to the articles 20.1 and 20.2 of the “Market rules” the final deadline for submitting of SCHNOT files is 10.00 AM in the day preceding delivery, or in the last working day before holidays.
If the market participant has acquired capacity rights on a daily auction, organized for the interconnections in the control zone of ESO EAD after this time limit, he can send a second version of the SCHNOT file till 11.30 AM (Bulgarian time).
