ESO informs the market participants that ESO EAD and SN Translectrica SA come to an agreement for amendment of item 4.04 letter “e” of the Auction Rules for allocation of capacities on the Interconnection between the control area of ESO and Translectrica. As from 01.02.2011 the evaluation of the bids will take place from 9.45 CET to 9.46 CET of the day proceeding the day of execution D-1.

All other provisions in respect of the Auction rules remain unchanged.

ESO and Transelectrica have reached an agreement the Auction Rules for the allocation of capacities on the Interconnection between the Control Areas of ESO and Transelectrica, that both Operators apply in 2010, to be extended up to December 2011. The responsibilities of ESO and Transelectrica, and the requirements stipulated in the Auction Rules, remain unchanged.
